Rather than merely precipitate users into the very large database, the subjects have been divided into groups, mostly geographical, which should facilitate navigation. Once in the database, clicking on a person’s name will bring up any notes on them, and clicking on a camera icon (if there is one) will open any connected photos. The index may be used for locating specific persons. Data for any person born after 1908 and without a death date have been withheld for reasons of privacy.
Research sources are not included but may be made available on a ‘need-to-know’ basis.
